Human Resources Specialist

Job Description

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies, review applications, and manage onboarding while ensuring clear communication in English and Mandarin.
2. Communicate HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across a bilingual workforce.
3. Stay updated on employment laws, EEO standards, and promote diversity through bilingual engagement.
4. Maintain HR records, analyze metrics, and recommend policy improvements, presenting findings in both English and Mandarin.
5. Address complaints, resolve conflicts, and provide counseling to enhance workplace relations within a bilingual environment.

Skills Required

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related.

● Proficiency in Adobe, Canva, and Microsoft Office.

● Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin-Chinese.
